Shipping Policy

We work to process and deliver orders as smoothly as possible. After checkout, an order must first be reviewed and prepared for shipment. Once it leaves our fulfillment center, it may pass through several carrier facilities and local delivery networks before reaching the address provided. The journey can be affected by distance, seasonal demand, carrier capacity, weather, customs checks, and local delivery conditions.
Most orders arrive within approximately 10 to 20 business days under normal circumstances. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. This timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Conditions within carrier networks can change, and delays may occur even after a parcel has been dispatched.
Please check your delivery details carefully before submitting an order. Confirm the recipient’s name, street address, apartment or unit number, and postal code. Once an order has entered processing, changes to the address, shipping method, or other order information may not be possible. After a carrier has collected the parcel, changes to delivery instructions are generally handled by that carrier and may not be available.
During transit, a package may be delayed by busy sorting centers, traffic, staffing limitations, severe weather, security procedures, or other unexpected circumstances. Carriers may also pause delivery while they confirm address details or complete required checks. A delay or lack of a recent tracking scan does not necessarily mean the parcel is lost.
We provide tracking information when it is available. Tracking may show preparation, carrier collection, transfers between facilities, important transit updates, an estimated delivery window, and delivery confirmation. Updates are supplied by the carrier, so they may not appear immediately. If tracking has not changed for a short period, allow time for the next scan before assuming there is a problem.
On occasion, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed because of a stock discrepancy or a supply interruption. If this affects your purchase, we will contact you and explain the options. Depending on the circumstances, the unavailable item may be removed from the order, replaced with a comparable product if you agree, or refunded to the original payment method.
Free standard shipping may be offered on eligible purchases, as indicated during checkout. Some deliveries require a signature under carrier procedures or local rules. If the driver cannot complete the delivery, the carrier may make another attempt or provide instructions for collection. When repeated attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to our facility. We will review the circumstances and advise you about the next steps. If an order is canceled after being returned, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable charges or deductions where permitted.
Certain conditions can prevent a successful delivery. These may include an incomplete or incorrect address, restricted access to the delivery location, limitations affecting international shipments, local import requirements, or a destination outside the carrier’s regular service area. If a delivery issue arises, contact customer support with your order number and tracking details so we can help determine what options are available.
An order may also take longer to dispatch if payment authorization or a security review is still underway. We may need to verify billing details or investigate an unusual transaction before proceeding. Such checks are intended to protect customers and maintain secure payment processing. Once verification is complete and payment is approved, the order can continue through the usual fulfillment process.
For the most reliable estimate, use the delivery information shown at checkout and the latest updates provided by the carrier. If your parcel appears delayed beyond the expected timeframe, or tracking indicates a delivery problem, reach out to our support team. We will review the available information and help you understand the appropriate next step.
